How do I register for a class?
You can register online or call us at 757-420-2628
How often to you hold classes?
We offer the 2nd Saturday every month.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept credit cards, cash and money orders. You can make a payment prior to class using Pay Pal. If you are paying the day of the class, the payment must be cash or money order.
What time does the class start?
Classes start promptly at 8:30 a.m.. If you are taking First Aid only, call for the start time.
How long does the class last?
CPR & First Aid takes approximately 4 hours.
When will I get my certification card?
Cards are issued the day of the class if you come to our location. For On-site training, you will receive your card within 5 business days.
How long is the certification card good for?
You will get a two year CPR card and a 3 Year First Aid card.
Are your instructors certified?
Each of our instructors are certified through both The American Heart Association and The American Safety and Health Association.
Do students have to share a manikin?
No. Each student will be provided a sanitized manikin for use during the class. We believe that having your own manikin gives each student more hands-on practice time.
Can you come to our location to train?
Yes. We can come to your location if there is at least 7 students. If the date falls on a weekend or holiday, 10 students or more are required. Inquire about On-site Training
What if we have less than 7 students?
If you have less than 7 students, we can still come to your location, but you'll be responsible for paying for 7 students.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes. Call for details and pricing, but generally group rates are given for 10 or more students.
